Come along on a virtual safari with Page Turner Animal Adventures! This eight week program will feature a different theme each week. Videos, once posted, will be available through September 7th.
Comedy storybook theater, guest performers, virtual field trips, author visits, puppets, crafts, recipes, and games will be part of the fun! The events and activities were designed with Grades K-3 in mind, but many are great for all ages. You can watch the videos any day of the week, once posted. (We are putting all of them on Fridays to avoid overfilling the calendar.)
Here are the Fantastic Beasts Week events and activities. The videos will remain on the calendar through September 7th.
SHOW DAY: Join Kenny and Page on a virtual adventure to find an alien space slug to save the day when the Intergalactic Library is accidentally unplugged!

RECIPE DAY: For a magical treat, follow along with Page Turner's video to make Frozen Unicorn Horns! Here is the Frozen Unicorn Horns Ingredient List and Instructions to make this recipe using items from home.
GUEST DAY: It's a DINO-mite special guest appearance and author visit rolled into one! Dustin is the creator and host of The Dinosaur Show on YouTube. He is also the author of the book, Dinosaur A-Z and Utterly Amazing Dinosaur. Both books are available at our library.
If you missed our July 17th Fun Factory Saturday Paper Plate Dinosaur Craft, you may still be able to make them using materials you have at home! Here is the Materials List and Instructions Sheet. You can follow along with the video to make the craft too.
