Come see Todd Downing in a spooky‑cute concert & puppet show, Halloween Tall Tales and Silly Songs! After the show, march along in our playful parade through the library!

Halloween costumes encouraged but not required.

This is a free, ticketed program. Due to capacity, a limited number of tickets will be distributed in the Youth Services Department on a first-come, first-served basis 30 minutes before the program start time. We will give one ticket per person and all attendees must be present to receive a ticket.
