In this workshop we will use and old technique to print fish and create beautiful ocean themed prints.
Join us for a creative printmaking workshop that uses the art of Gyotaku. A traditional Japanese art form, fishermen would use the fish they had caught along with ink and paper to create a record of their catch. The prints they made were used as beautiful conversation pieces as well as proof of their stories of fishing success.
