Anupama Buzruk will lead the group through the practice of mindful meditation while reducing your stress levels and relaxing your mind.
During this time of uncertainty and stress let's learn some breathing and meditation techniques to improve our well-being. For 10 consecutive Tuesday evenings we will have Anupama Buzruk, a certified Yoga instructor from Yoganubhay Yoga Studio. Anupama has completed the 200 hours Registered Teacher Training Course from Lotus Yoga Center in Palatine, Il in 2005. Since then, she has participated in therapeutic Yoga teaching from her home studio as well as the YMCA. Apart from teaching yoga poses, she has focused on respiratory health related breathing techniques and stress management related meditation methods.
Anupama will lead us through the practice of mindful meditation while reducing our stress levels and relaxing our mind.
As a reminder, our library building is closed for classes, so this program will take place online via Zoom.
