The AARP Smart Driver course is the nation’s first and largest refresher course designed specifically for drivers age 50 and older.

The AARP Smart Driver course is the nation’s first and largest refresher course designed specifically for drivers aged 50 and older. Participants age 55 and older who complete both days of the course may be eligible to receive a discount on their driver’s insurance. Call your insurance company to verify the amount of the discount. Students must register in advance and pay on the first day of the course. The fee is $20 for AARP members and $25 for non-members. Please bring your AARP membership card, driver’s license, and a pen or pencil.
