What First-Time Homebuyers Need to Know

Tracy Sorge from Wintrust Mortgage and Jim Abbott from Baird Warner will provide a road map to home ownership in today’s market.

 Learn about prequalification, checking your credit, and various grant programs available to first-time homebuyers. Decide your top “must-haves” when searching for a home, and understand the buying process after you find “the one.” Tracy will also share the do’s and don’ts of preparing for homeownership.
