Join an educator from the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary art and learn how to start a rock collection, about the different types of rocks, and bring in your own rocks for identification.

Participants will be given an egg carton to decorate and 6 rock, mineral, and fossil samples to start their rock collection!

Required registration is limited to EGVPL cardholders and begins Friday, September 27, 9 am. If space is available, non-cardholders may register 3 days prior to the start of the program.

Please note: Parents/caregivers will not be able to remain in the room during the program. Please take this into consideration before registering your child.
