Learn about the steps involved in finding and purchasing your ideal home. Ken will provide financing details including prequalification and available grant programs for first-time homebuyers. Sarah will outline the steps to finding, negotiating, and closing on your home. This workshop will equip you with knowledge and confidence when preparing to buy in 2025.
