Bill the Baker will be demonstrating how to make delicious peppermint patties

Are you looking for a new Gift Idea to give out to friends and family? Have you thought about making some candy? In my Peppermint Patty Class, I will not only teach you how to make these delicious candy treats. I will also teach you the science behind tempering chocolate and you will be able to use that skill that makes a wide variety of other chocolate candies in the future. There will be samples to taste too!
