Join the Elk Grove Village Public Library and the Elk Grove Historical Society for a special program celebrating the 70th anniversary of Elk Grove Village.

Learn how Elk Grove Village was officially incorporated in 1956. Through photographs, stories, and historical insights, presenters will explore the people, events, and vision that shaped the village we know today.

Discover the rich history of our community, from its days as rural farmland to its transformation into a thriving, planned suburban village.
